Cultural Center Abuja
Abuja, Nigeria
Project Description
The Cultural Centre and Millennium Tower, located right in the middle of Abuja, between the Church and the Mosque, is a multifunctional complex designed to house the most important Museum of African Art in the country and one of the largest in the world, as well as a 2,000-seat auditorium: it is all enclosed within a prestigious architectural complex, comprising a large steel and glass pyramid-shaped casing, conceived and almost entirely designed by Italian architects. The project involves the creation and beautification of the capital’s main square, next to the Cultural Centre, dominated by a monumental tower 170 m tall. The tower will house a viewing floor and a revolving panoramic restaurant at +107.00 metres.
