Climater adheres to ISO 26000 and is implementing the guidelines laid down by the management system.
The ISO 26000 standard is an international standard that provides guidelines on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizations or, as the acronym CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility. The theme of Social Responsibility acquires a fundamental importance in the definition of enterprise development strategies and plays a role of growing importance in the global economy and sustainable development. Is, in fact, a tool to defend solidarity, cohesion and equal opportunities. This implies that the company can no longer afford to pursue the economic objective of profitability, regardless of the interdependence with the social and environmental objectives. In this context, ISO 26000, while not constituting a rule of the management system (in fact it is not intended for the purpose of certification by third parties Bodies), acts as a support tool for organizations (including in this concept also extended businesses) in order to guide them in adopting a responsible approach, aimed at promoting and activating socially sustainable behavior or best practice, in order to contribute to sustainable development.
